Hudson injury could push trade
Minnesota Twins second baseman Orlando Hudson is hurt again, possibly forcing the team to make a trade.
Hudson injured his oblique in an at-bat, and those injuries can be very stubborn and take quite a long time to heal.
The Twins aren’t going to wait around too long before putting Hudson on the disabled list and making a deal.
Ty Wigginton could be a good target because he could play second base and then move over to third when Hudson is healthy.
Jose Lopez is another possibility and could be a buy-low player because of his disappointing season.
