Target Field causing problems for hitters
There is no doubt that Target Field is a huge upgrade over the Metrodome and a place that many Minnesota Twins players are thankful to have.
That said, players and coaches do think there are some things that could be changed to make it better.
Manager Ron Gardenhire and several players have complained that sun glare is making it hard to see the ball.
They would like to see some of the sun glare and shadows diminished to make it easier on the hitters.
Pitchers aren’t complaining, and for good reason. Not only is the sun causing problems, but Target Field is an outdoor stadium with bigger dimensions than the Metrodome.
